About Coderah Tech

Coderah Tech (كودرة) is a software company based in Cairo. It runs its own multi-channel messaging platform — on the official WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Instagram and website chat — and builds mobile applications, websites and online stores, and custom software. Work and documentation are delivered in Arabic and English, and contracts are priced in Egyptian pounds or US dollars.

Who runs it

The founder is Hossam Eldefrawy. His background is telephony and PBX systems, and that is not a line on a CV — it is why the company takes on a particular kind of work: joining calls to systems, routing, and the integrations that need somebody who understands both ends. The messaging platform's own traffic leaves on the same kind of infrastructure a call does.

How the work runs

1. A call or a message: you tell us how the work runs today and where it hurts. No quote before we understand it.
2. A written scope, a price in the agreed currency, a timeline and delivery stages. Anything not on the page is not in the price, and that is said before we start.
3. You see the work while it runs, not at the end. At handover you take the source, the accounts and the documentation in your own name, with an agreed support period.

What we will and will not claim

There is no client name on this site, no logo, no testimonial, no project count, no uptime figure and no founding year. Not because there is no work — because every one of those has to have something checkable behind it, and what cannot be checked is not written. Where you see a figure here, its source is written next to it.
