Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Coderah Tech platform and the work we deliver. The price is set in the written quote you receive before we start — and nothing here contradicts what is written in it.

Prices
The price is set in the written quote, in the currency stated in it (Egyptian pounds or US dollars). Any taxes or duties that are due are determined by the applicable law and are settled in the quote or the written agreement, not on this page.
The per-category message rate, as written in the quote, is what your wallet is debited. Replies to customers inside the 24-hour window are free up to the monthly per-number allowance written in the quote; beyond it the service rate in the quote applies.
Subscription and cancellation
The subscription is monthly and cancels at the end of the month, with no forced annual commitment. Any discount for annual billing is written in the quote.
You can export your contacts to CSV from the console at any time before cancelling; after cancelling, ask and we send you a copy of the contacts and the conversations.
Refunds
Any message Meta confirms as undelivered is refunded to your wallet automatically — exactly once, with a ledger entry keyed to the message id. No support tickets and no claims process.
Usage limits
The API requests-per-minute ceiling is set in the written quote. Requests above the ceiling are rejected with an explicit code, and are not charged.
Acceptable use
Use of the platform must comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy. Specifically: no messages to numbers that have not opted in, no misleading or prohibited content, and templates must describe what you actually send.
If we receive a substantiated report of a breach, we may suspend sending on the account until it is resolved. We tell you the reason in writing, and your wallet balance remains yours.
Things outside our control
Meta business verification takes as long as Meta takes, and template approval is Meta's decision, not ours. No provider can change that, and one who promises otherwise is selling you a story.
The availability of WhatsApp itself rests with Meta. What we stand behind is what we control: delivery to the API, correct accounting, and the automatic refund.
Project work
For mobile applications, websites and custom systems: a written scope, a price in the currency stated in the written quote (EGP or USD) and a timeline are agreed before work starts. Anything not on the page is not in the price, and that is said before we begin rather than afterwards.
At handover you receive the source, the accounts and the documentation in your own name, together with a support period agreed in that same document.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Changes
If we change these terms, the last-updated date above changes with them, and the change applies only to use after that date.
